Summary |
 In summary, TC30® has a specialized mechanism involving a retaining device
found on the front end of the barrel and multiple bosses found on the needle coupler allowing for secure fail safe assembly of the needle coupler. The retraction
mechanism is unique using inclined teeth on the plunger and corresponding recesses in the needle coupler, allowing for rotational disengagement of the needle coupler from
the barrel. Lastly, a resilient push rod helps angle the needle for better destruction of the needle and thus better accidental needle stick protection.Best of all,
the simple design makes for easy mass production at substantially lower cost compared to competitors' products. |
